MPIO and CSVs

To start off i noticed that I am not getting any traffic over my redundant ISCI path to the EMC SAN. I have worked with HA clusters but this is a first with Hyper-V clusters. I am fairly new to this workplace and have adopted this setup. Most of our environment has been setup from various contract companies. I have noticed numerous issues as a result and have no expectations at this point that everything is setup properly from the get go.  I have searched for days online and cant find any article the clarifies if i should be concerned or not. I am trying to determine if CSVs summarize my MPIO paths or if I am missing my redundant path to my EMC SAN. If I am missing my 2nd path, how do I safely go about adding it back without causing any problems with my CSVs. I have been digging into the configuration for days and feel everything is setup as it should. I am able to ping the Target addresses for all portals. The only test i have not done so far is actually take down a link on the 1st path to see in the 2nd path magically appears.

Thoughts!

**Edit**

I am wondering if the issue is related to my Target portals not having the source ip address specified. I am hesitant to try adding any connections as every article mentions a reboot and I also cant find any documentation that relates to making changes to ISCI or MPIO once the CSVs are created. Is it safe to make changes to ISCI or MPIO paths once the CSVs are up and running?
