Need advice on networking( Migrating Windows 2008 Hyper-V Cluster Failover to Windows 2012 )

Hi,

I have a Windows 2008 Hyper-V cluster failover with 2 nodes.

each node has 4 phisical NIC's

Now it is configured like this:

NIC 1 -> Heartbeat
NIC 2 -> Live migration
NIC 3 -> Management
NIC 4 -> vSwitch for VM's

I could use this setup, but i was aiming for more performance and redundancy in the vSwitch, so i wanted to create a team with 2 NIC's and use it for the vSwitch.

The problem - I need to have a management nic, so i could use it in "Allow management operatin system to share this ..."

Is this recommended? any advices? are there better options?

NOTE: I can only have 4 physical NIC's, cant add more.
