Hi everyone,
I have an SQL cluster based on Windows Server 2012. Its a Geo Cluster with backend SAN replication to DR. The DR is a different subnet than the HQ nodes. (Two nodes in HQ, 1 node in DR). However, the cluster registers both IP addresses in DNS.. although I specifically stated under the dependencies that only HQ OR DR is a dependency.. I also see that the DR IP address is down under normal circumstances. Why would it still register it?
